Stephen McCarthy of Savills has secured in excess of €2.2 million for adjoining retail units on Parnell Street in Dublin 1.

Numbers 3,4,5 and 9 Kingscourt are rented by Star Asia Foods, Subway, Roy Hogan Pharmacy and La Cucina Café.

The rent is €261,000 per annum.
