OSG plans to expand operations on Strand Road in Sandymount

OSG Outsourcing Group, a specialist outsourcing firm providing services to the insurance, banking and public sectors, is expanding its operation at Merrion Hall on Strand Road in Sandymount, Dublin 4.

The company has agreed to rent the first floor of 1,765sq m (19,000 sq ft) on a five-year lease to match leases on the ground and second floors. The company now has more than 400 staff in its 4,645sq m (50,000sq ft) premises which is owned by Merinda Developments. The new rent is thought to be around €200 per sq m (€18.60 per sq ft).

Paul Scannell of HWBC Chartered Surveyors advised Merinda on the deal.
