Newbridge town centre site for €900,000

A key town centre site beside the highly successful Whitewater shopping centre in Newbridge is to be offered for sale at €900,000 through CBRE.

The site measures 0.18 of a hectare (0.44 of an acre) and includes four two-storey industrial units extending to 974sq m (10,484sq ft) along with a surface car park.

There are two short-term leases in place producing rents of €39,000 per annum. The rent roll could be increased to €51,000 by renting a vacant unit.
