HWBC appoints its new MD

Property agent HWBC has appointed Tony Waters as its new managing director following a bumper 2014 saw its investment business double to over €1 billion. He takes over from Jonathan Hillyer who is stepping down by rotation after a three-year term. Waters is a chartered surveyor and was one of the founding directors of HWBC in 2005. He has more than 35 years experience. The company has also announced the appointment of Iain Sayer as divisional director in investment and four promotions to the team.
