Ganly Walters recruits business chief

Estate agency Ganly Walters has recruited a senior adviser from the financial services industry to help expand its various business interests and, in particular, its commercial property wing.

Karen Burke joins the company from BOI Private Banking, where as a senior manager she focused on developing the bank's lending proposition.

As Ganly Walters’ head of Business Development, Ms Burke expects to increase the estate agent’s turnover by 15 per cent in the coming year.

Ms Burke will be responsible for the development of business in the various sectors, including residential, country houses, new homes, valuation and professional services, as well as for commercial and investment property.
