Eight North City Business Park units for €2.3m

CBRE is quoting €2.3 million for eight modern industrial business units at North City Business Park in Dublin 11 which are to be sold as a single lot or on an individual basis.

Seven of the eight buildings ranging in size from 280sq m to 470sq m are let and producing a rent roll of €145,500.
