Dublin legal firm Mason Hayes & Curran takes space in ‘Integrity House’

The tenant is to pay a rent of €290 per sq m (€27 per sq ft) for the space which comes with eight surface car parking spaces

In another sign of the continuing expansion of the "Big Six" legal firms in Dublin, solicitors Mason Hayes & Curran have rented a second office building within 500 metres of their headquarters on Barrow Street in Dublin 4.

The company has leased 585 sq m (6,350 sq ft) in the appropriately named Integrity House from the Cosgrave Property Group.

The newly-refurbished three-storey building stands at the corner of Ringsend Road and South Docks Road next to the Grand Canal Docks in Dublin 4.

The tenant is to pay a rent of €290 per sq m (€27 per sq ft) for the space which comes with eight surface car parking spaces.
