An extensive land holding with mixed zoning 14km from Dublin city centre is fresh to the market this week, with agent CBRE guiding €3 million.

The 125.08 acres located at Coolatrath East in The Ward, Co Dublin, are about 9km northeast of Blanchardstown and 5km from exit 2 on the M2.

This landbank has frontage of 544m onto the R135 and 14m onto the R121.

Agricultural in nature and relatively flat, the land is split into two lots.

Lot one, which extends to 36.67 acres, is zoned “Rural Business” which provides for and facilitates “rural-related business which has a demonstrated need for a rural location”.

Lot two, extending to 88.48 acres, is zoned “Food Park” which is “to provide for and facilitate the development of a food industry park”.
