The 125.08 acres located at Coolatrath East in The Ward, Co Dublin, are about 9km northeast of Blanchardstown and 5km from exit 2 on the M2.

This landbank has frontage of 544m onto the R135 and 14m onto the R121.

Agricultural in nature and relatively flat, the land is split into two lots.
