Dalkey site sells for €3m as values start to pick up

A further sign of the pick up in the value of housing sites came this week when a 1.46 acre plot at Cunningham Road in Dalkey, Co Dublin, was sold for a figure believed to be more than €3 million.

John Swarbrigg of Savills handled the sale of the site which has a lapsed planning permission for 24 houses and apartments. The land was previously bought during the property boom.
