Business park sells for close to €6.5m

GVA Don O’Buachalla has secured close to the asking price of €6.5 million for Loughtee Business Park in Cavan, which is producing an annual rent of€821,537. About 40 per cent of the rental income comes from the HSE, with a further 27 per cent from SuperValu. The park buildings extend to over 6,641sq m (71,500 sq ft).

The same agent has sold a redevelopment site of over 14 acres at Moathill, Navan, for about €1 million.
