Blackrock’s Frascati House to let at €269 per sq m

The former Canada Life House in Blackrock, Co Dublin, recently refurbished and renamed Frascati House, is back on the office letting market.

Anne-Louise Hannon of CBRE is quoting €269 per sq m (€25 per sq ft) for the five-storey, 2,571sq m (27,678sq ft) block which is available by way of sublease from Irish Life until October, 2021.

There are 55 basement car parking spaces. The block is conveniently located close to the Dart service and the quality bus corridor.
