€950,000 sought for Harcourt Street houses in bad condition

Agent HT Meagher O'Reilly Knight Frank is seeking in the region of €950,000 for two dilapidated houses at 36 and 37 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, which are being sold on the instructions of a receiver.

Number 36 is roofless and in need of complete redevelopment. The adjoining four- storey over basement building is laid out in self-contained residential units and also requires redevelopment.

Like other houses on the western side of Harcourt Street, they have rear access off Camden Place.
