Cork DevelopmentsCity Gate retail and office centre, a 2,900sq m (31,243sq ft) office and retail project, is to be built by Cleary Developments beside Mahon Point shopping centre and retail park in Cork. It will cost around €60 million to develop.
Joint agents Cohalan Dowling and CB Richard Ellis are quoting rents from €296 per sq m (€27.50 per sq ft) for the units, which are suitable for a variety of uses. They will range in size from 702-888sq m (7,560-30,580sq ft) and will have floor-to-ceiling glazing provided on all elevations available to let.
