Industrial property agent William Harvey is seeking €2.5 million for a prominent site and warehouse at Coolock Drive in Dublin 17.
The 3.55 hectares (8.76 acres) to be sold on the instructions of David Carson, receiver to Liam Carroll's Danninger Ltd, includes a factory extending to 8,981sq m (96,671sq ft). The site is bounded by the Cadbury plant, Northside Retail Park and a pitch and putt course.
Harvey says that Cadbury would be the logical purchaser in terms of the land holding it would provide. A range of uses are open for consideration under the planning for the area.
