€1.95m for Dealz shop

Collier International is looking for offers of over €1.95 million for a large retail building let to Dealz at 4-6 Pearse Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath. The discounter is renting a premises extending to 1,430sq m (15,392sq ft) at a rent of €167,500 which is due to increase incrementally to €175,000 by 2018. At that stage the rent will settle at the market rate.
