A Tyrone food firm, which is one of the North’s largest manufacturers of sauces, is hoping a new £500,000 investment project will help whet the appetite of potential customers in the South and in Britain for its products.

The company also intends to develop a range of free-from sauces, dips and condiments and create four research and development jobs.
