OneTwoOneTwo is back

The music documentary film festival I co-organise is back in October.

Last year, myself and my friend Cillian took a notion and established OneTwoOneTwo, a music documentary film festival at the Light House Cinema in Smithfield, Dublin.

And now, we’re back! OneTwoOneTwo kicks off on October 3rd with four days of awesome music documentaries.

We’re opening with the Dublin premiere of ‘Mistaken For Strangers’, a documentary about one of my favourite bands, The National. The doc, which blew people away at Tribeca and the Galway Film Fleadh, was made by frontman Matt Berninger’s brother, Tom, and gives a remarkable behind the scenes look at the band over a year on tour, as well as an insight into the brothers’ sometimes fractured relationship.

Tickets for ‘Mistaken For Strangers’ are on sale here.

We’ve got loads more awesome docs in store including more premieres as well as classic music films, so keep an eye on Twitter as the programme is revealed. For now, check out the trailer for our opening film ‘Mistaken For Strangers’ – and there are more deets over on our tumblr.
