I missed the news in September, that ABC ordered a cast-contingent pilot for Haskins’ and Emily Halpern’s new TV project ‘Trophy Wife’. In short: yay! Haskins is one of my favourite comedians, and along with her writing partner – Halpern – was behind Current TV’s Infomania and its hilarious Target Women slot, which remains, in my opinion, the finest takedown of advertising aimed at women.
