If you haven’t already checked out The Racket, you should do so if you want some finely written narrative journalism in your life. Some refugees from the much missed Mongrel magazine are involved, including Davy Banks and Sam Bungey, and each ‘edition’ is built around a theme, the first one being Self Improvement.

 

My favourite article so far is this one by Eoin Butler, which you can also listen to him rather soothingly read thanks to a Soundcloud link in the piece.
