While The Beatyard originally began as a multi-venue festival in Dublin city-centre, its move to Dun Laoghaire last summer proved to be an astute move. There may be many festivals going on up and down the country, in big fields and haunted castles, but there’s only happening in a harbour.

Acts playing The Beatyard on July 30 and 31 are as follows:

Boney M
George Clinton Parliament Funkadelic
Snarky Puppy
Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires
Roy Ayers
Lee Scratch Perry
Tensnake
Theo Parrish
Jape
DJ Rahaan
Rubberbandits
Reeps One
Stomptown Brass
Daniel Wang
Rocstrong
Hugh Cooney
Discovery Gospel Choir
Ben Bix & Feather
Oh Boland
Bad Bones

There’s also a loads of other stuff too including the Imaginosity Kids Museum, Draw with Don Conroy, Exploration Dome, Sing-A-Long Social does “Pet Sounds”, Eatyard, Studioyard, Brewtonic Carnivale and Tippletown. As part of our summer tour, Banter will also be in the house with Banteryard where we’ll be hosting talks, conversations and discussions about a rake of different things.

Tickets: day tickets are €52.93 and weekend tickets are €85.33 (incuding all charges) and are available here.
