The initial line-up for The Beatyard festival, which happens in five Dublin city-centre venues from May 2 to 5, is as follows:

Aside from shows at the Twisted Pepper and Bernard Shaw, the Beatyard will also stretch out to take in the the Lighthouse Cinema (Dublin’s independent short film gang Eat My Shorts will be hosting an afternoon of talks & short screenings), the Pepper Canister Church (where Ocho will be playing) and the Big Blue Bus, which will be a mobile pop-up venue on the streets od Dublin for the weekend.
