  • Banter does the Noughties

    November 24, 2009 @ 12:29 pm | by Jim Carroll

Banter tackles the decade that’s (nearly) over at the Twisted Pepper (Middle Abbey Street, Dublin) next Saturday.

Our guests for this rocket-powered blast through 10 years of pop culture - which will probably cover all you needed to know about the last 10 years but couldn’t fit on a Tweet - are Richie “Jape” Egan, Nadine “Sunday Business Post/Phantom FM” O’Regan and Trevor “Tayor” O’Shea.

As always, admission is free but fill in the form here to guarantee your place

And for the podcast fans in the audience, the audio from the no-holds-barred “90s v 00s” Banter last month, featuring Francois and Sunil Sharpe yakking about which decade produced the most thrilling sounds and nights out in the capital city, is here.

You should head to the Twisted Pepper the night before, Friday, for Bogdan Raczynski instead.

Look to the future, going forward yadda yadda yadda….

Colette - if it’s the future you want, go to Banter and stick around to see Not Squares playing the On The Record Presents stage @ Pogo. Now THAT’S the future
