There are many, many acts I’m looking forward to seeing at the Electric Picnic, but I’m really relishing a chance to finally see Malajube. Especially since I’ve learned how to pronounce their name.

Like all the best things in life at the moment, they hail from Montreal. They sing in French, which is fine by me. And they rock, which should be fine with many thousands of others.

This is taken from their second album “Trompe-l’oeil” which was released in February 2006, but which has developed legs and kept on going the more the band have toured. They were in Dublin in June and a lot of people have picked up on them since then.
