Into the wild for A/W with A¦Wear

A¦Wear’s A/W lookbook won’t necessarily light your world on fire, but there are some lovely pieces that warrant further inspection

A¦Wear‘s just another of the high-street shops that’s been rolling out its autumn/winter wares over the past couple of weeks, this time with a collection it’s calling “Wildlife”, for quasi-obvious reasons. For starters, it’s shot outdoors – wild! Then it features animal print faux fur – wild! And a hat that looks like a cute animal – wild! And some wildflower-inspired prints – wild!

In all seriousness, the shots are fab and the clothes look lovely – I have my beady eye on that tapestry-print dress (above right) and the burgundy and maroon scarf / cardigan / jacket (unsure! below left).

I’d hesitate to put the strength of my love 100% behind A¦Wear, mind you, until I get a good look at the clothes in-store – I find that A¦Wear’s sizing can often be really dodgy, not to mention their dress and skirt lengths (but that may be a sign that I’m rapidly ageing, more than a reflection on the shop itself).

So whaddya think? Anything tickle your fancy? (And are you an A¦Wear fan?)
