Bust your cellulite, Kardashian-style, with Velashape at Pink Beauty Emporium

Velashape is a treatment designed to firm your lumps and bumps, and the Kardashians swear by it – are you convinced?

When someone offers you a fab new cellulite-busting treatment with the subtitle, “the Kardashians have the machine in their house”, you can pretty much guarantee you’re going to be willing to try it out – so when I got the call to get my lovely lady lumps blitzed in Pink Beauty Emporium, I was a bit of a sure thing.

Velashape is a treatment that combines four elements: bi-polar radio frequency, infrared light energies, negative pressure and tissue manipulation. What this feels like is suction, heavy-duty massage and heat, all at once. Clinical studies have shown a reduction in the strength of fat cells, which basically means that Velashape breaks them down and smooths the skin.

Does it work? After one 20-minute session, I definitely felt firmer and more lifted; after six sessions, I can imagine seeing a marked improvement.  But at €120 per Velashape session, your cellulite would want to be very high up your priority list.
