If you have €492 to spare and a friend who loves Paris, you could do worse than gift her with a pair of these Carven platforms, from the French brand’s S/S 2013 collection. Maps and travel were underlying themes in a lot of this spring’s collections; Mary Katrantzou’s designs were all based on passport books and stamps, too.
That said, you could probably buy two return Ryanair flights to gay Paree for a fraction of that €492, so buy carefully.
