Okay, so we all know Orla Kiely‘s shtick – or, at least, her bestselling shtick, the stem print that she resurrects each and every season and that sells in its droves to yummy mummies far and wide who need somewhere to store their nappies (this one even comes with a changing matt! the press release trills).

What you may not know is that each season Kiely goes to the hassle of reworking her famous stem print in different colourways, and this season it’s quite the visual treat.

I know, Kiely is hardly reinventing the wheel, but with the navy-yellow colourway I feel as if she’s doing something quite cute and, for her, surprising. The orange will have its devotees, too – although you’d want to have a few bob to spend, because Orla Kiely’s bags don’t come cheap. We’re talking €83 for the cosmetic bag (bottom centre) and €119 for the tote (bottom left), while the baby bag with matching changing mat (top right) will cost you €213. My beloved navy numbers are €108 for the medium laptop bag (top left) and €169 for the tote (bottom right). Orla Kiely bags are available at Kilkenny stores nationwide.

So what about it? Are you an Orla Kiely fan or does she leave you cold?
