I love these shots from the recent photocall for Monsoon‘s Christmas 2012 partywear selection. Katelyn (above) is wearing the Gail top (€70), the Olivia skirt (€108) and shoes (€99).

Katelyn’s Sienna flapper dress (€168) is also gorgeous, and I love a party dress that allows you to wear a bra! Thick straps FTW. Doesn’t it look amazing against this green tiled background, to boot?

Now, my one bugbear with Monsoon is that the euro-sterling exchange rate is whack (yes, I’m still in America) – and Monsoon is not cheap for starters, so the ridiculous exchange liberties make things slightly worse. I’d happily buy Monsoon clothes in Belfast or the UK (as I do almost every time I’m there), but not in the Republic. What say you? Are you pro or con Monsoon?
