These images from Vogue Spain are so beautiful – and so inspiring because of the absolute irreverence therein. It’s as if there is no respect whatsoever for the idea of trends, of style or of taste. And I mean that with admiration; sometimes I think of myself and I wonder what “style” of dresser I am. Am I preppy? No. Am I girly? Unlikely. Am I tomboyish? No – well, except for the fact that I wear Converse and jeans more often than I should, but not out of any sense of style, more due to intense laziness.

But I’m not sure I’m this inventive. Sure, I have some heavily embellished pieces in my wardrobe, but it would never occur to me to pair them with my Guns’n'Roses tee, or my battered Levi’s. More often, I wait until I have a “big night out” planned, and break out the sequins then. I would love to be the type of person who wore sequined skirts with biker boots on a Tuesday afternoon.

Then again, maybe that’s just not very “me” . . . I wish it were! Can you describe the way you dress easily, or are you a bit mixed up about it too?
