Have you seen Looper? After a helluva lot of media hype – including a bizarrely confrontational interview that Joseph Gordon-Levitt did with Matt Cooper – I went to check it out on Monday night in the Savoy, my new local (I love those plush curtains!). I’d give it a solid 3.5 stars (I always feel like three stars is such a fence-sitting position). I’m not raving about it, like so many people are, but I did really enjoy it, despite Gordon-Levitt’s odd facial prosthetics. Emily Blunt puts in a seriously amazing performance, mind you; and her character has the same bedcovers as I do! #lametofame or what?
