I know, I know, I just can’t stay away . . . but I didn’t want to disappear without letting you know about a great event going on this weekend at Dundrum Town Centre. If you’re like me, you can’t wait for the end of the tights ban and a return to opaques and layering, layering, layering – but do you know what trends to look out for this autumn/winter? Do you know your brocade from your brocante and will you know which side of military is just that little bit too Ralph Lauren at the 2012 Olympics?

Well if not, you’re in luck – because this Saturday and Sunday at 12.30pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm, stylist Roxanne Parker will be showcasing all of the new season’s looks on level 2 of the Dundrum Town Centre (beside Hollister). Models will be strutting their stuff in a number of the centre’s more than 1,200 brands – including Acne, H&M, Whistles, Diane von Furstenberg and Nine West. [Plus, while you're there, you could stop off for a bite in my favourite Dublin fast food joint, Cortina's, which does - wait for it - all you can eat guac'n'chips. Amazing.]

From top: Sinéad wears J Brand jeans (€385), Isabel Marant Etoile coat (€450), Marc Jacobs bag (€525) and Acne boots (€440); Aoife wears Diane von Furstenberg dress (€470) and clutch (€280) with Nine West shoes (€180); Sinéad wears H&M dress (€59.95) with Aldo shoes (€100)
