Did you get the Irish Times magazine a couple of weeks back? Fashion editor Deirdre McQuillan had a great interview with Kitty Moss, the designer and illustrator behind Maud and Minet, the human-feline duo making fashionable waves.

Moss, as well as designing a range of beautiful clothing (check out the leather jacket in her pic on the site!), illustrates a series depicting Maud and Minet going about their lives ever-so-fashionably with adorably witty catchphrases: “Does my bow look big in this”, anyone?

I love the juxtaposition of spooky and fabulous, the slightly dark edge to the drawings that take them from twee to seriously covetable – so much so that I’ve ordered three prints from the lady herself for the wall of my room.

And yes, I know what you’re thinking: this isn’t going to do anything for my cat-lady reputation.
