If you haven’t heard of IRO, you’re missing out on what I would describe as The Kooples‘ less pretentious cousin, and Zara‘s better made-up older sister. It’s got that kind of pared-down French aesthetic that The Kooples prides itself on and at a similar price point – although, dare I say it, with more imaginative designs – while it appeals to the Zara customer: the fashion-forward trend lover with a love of blazers and smart tailoring, but in sizes that correspond to real life and fabrics and stitching that won’t come apart at the first sign of a struggle.

IRO is available on our shores in BT2 and Seagreen in Monkstown, as well as on My-Wardrobe.com and a variety of sales styles on Asos.com.
