    Keira Knightley in print shocker

    Rosemary Mac Cabe

In a break from London Fashion Week coverage – because, you know, the world must go on – this photograph caught my eye during the week, of Keira Knightley wearing Mary Katrantzou and looking so, so good.

I love how young Keira looks in this printed dress from Mary’s S/S collection at the Venice Film Festival photocall for A Dangerous Method (which also looks great, and stars none other than Michael Fassbender, my current crush). It makes her look really young and fun, which are two adjectives I wouldn’t usually associate with her (miaow, I know).

What do you think? Do you love or hate Keira’s step into print?

    • Robyn says:

The more I look at it, the more I love it. At first I passed it by with nothing more than a glance, but she does look amazing in the pics. The hairstyle, the dewy makeup and the dress just go so well together.

Also loving your LFW coverage here and on Twitter. You are being very productive (blogs, tweets and that photo with Lana del Rey), and when will we see the Getty street style snap?

    • Robyn, I don’t know – I’m keeping an eye on Getty and imagining how embarrassing it will be if I don’t make the cut! I AM being very productive, and also exhausted – I’ve been up until midnight every night, writing and captioning pics! It’ll be worth it when I get a huge raise, though (cough cough)

    • Ed says:

Why wouldn’t you associate her with young and fun? She’s seemed both in all the interviews I’ve seen.

    • Ed, I guess I meant more in terms of her fashion sense – she always dresses a good few years beyond her own and in quite a staid, restrained way.

    • Beau says:

Wow that print sure is . . . ahem, busy. Yeah.
