Well, the United Colours of Benetton – you know the ones, famed in the 1990s for controversial ad campaigns and the embracing of all creeds and races in their imagery – has come to the forefront of the world stage with their latest ad campaign, in support of the Unhate Foundation. It’s a simple concept: talking about love and reconciliation, peace and forward-thinking, as the opposite of “hate”, an emotion that seems to drive so much unnecessary conflict in this world. And the ads, if nothing else, will give us lots to talk about.

(I love how surprised Sarkozy looks!)
