So, okay, the blog has been a bit review-heavy, but I’ve received a good few products to review lately (this among them) and I now have to catch up a bit and let all the reviews out like one, big, long stream of consciousness and cosmetic products . . . neither starting nor ending with Origins‘ High Potency Night-a-Mins.

In short, this is the best facial moisturiser I have ever used. I’ve only been using it for about four weeks now and my skin feels better than it has in months, maybe even years. It smells amazing, first off, like caramelised oranges; and it sinks in to the skin almost immediately, so, despite its being of quite a thick, buttery consistency, it soaks in really nicely and my skin feels instantly moisturised.

My skin feels plumped up – not that it necessarily needs to be plumped – clear and bright, even when I’m tired, nay, exhausted. Seriously I feel like this may be my favourite skincare product in history. Top marks!

Origins High Potency Night-a-Mins costs €40 for 50ml, which, let’s face it, is not cheap – but I reckon it’d last through at least six months of once nightly application.
