While I was away, or approximately 24 hours before I left, Elaine Curtis in Carlow had an A/W fashion show. I was a bit devastated to miss it, as Elaine Curtis has a really great selection of labels – and will soon (on October 1st, to be precise) be the only site in Ireland from which to order the likes of Diane von Furstenberg, By Malene Birger and Irish knitwear designer, Tim Ryan.

The show itself looks as if it was really good and, unusually for Ireland, as if it had really great styling. Textures and shapes were mixed up a little, and it wasn’t your usual mish-mash of items. That said, I wasn’t there; were you? Tell me all!
