So Kanye West was front row, but that was not the big news; beautiful, midi-length macs with wide waist belts, a striped mac (swoon), midi skirts and beautiful raffia wedges . . . there’s so much that’s covetable about this collection, and it’s a welcome break from the saccharine sweetness of everything else at London Fashion Week.

Plus, you have to admire Burberry’s social media nous; as the looks were launched on the runway yesterday (in a see-through marquee tent in Hyde Park), they were tweeting each and every look. So smart – and helpful!
