Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the water – I seriously have been going out of my way lately to get you some amazing prizes, and here’s another: a pair of FitFlop Charley boots from the A/W 2011 collection.

The thing that strikes me most about FitFlops is that people seem to be firmly divided into two categories – and this is not just me blowing smoke up FitFlop’s wobble-boarded ass – those who love FitFlops, and those who have never, ever tried them. Seriously, do a test. Ask your friends what they think about them; if they’ve tried them, chances are, they love them. If they haven’t, they might think they look funny, or are for their mothers’ age groups.

I’ve been to two press days for FitFlop now and I can honestly say I’ve been really impressed. I like the idea of wearing a shoe that is supportive and comfortable, rather than pounding the pavement in my Penneys flats 24 hours a day, and I also love some of the new styles. The trainers, for example, are really cute – dibs on the leopard-print – and the boots are lovely, and will be great for this winter, which, if forecasts are to be believed, is set to be as bad as if not worse than last. Sob.

In any case, I’m here to solve all of your problems by offering a pair of the above FitFlop boots (which are really darned nice, to, ahem, boot) to one of you lucky readers. All y’all have to do is to get on to Facebook and like Fash Mob (yes, it’s called blackmail!) and then mosey on back here and leave a comment! Best of luck!

The competition will run until Friday, September 16th. No correspondence will be entered into. A winner will be chosen at random during the week starting September 19th. One entry per person.
