So, the other day I headed into A|Wear HQ (am I the only person in the world who includes that rogue line?!) to preview their A/W 2011 collection – all crazy textures, beautiful 1940s shapes and knits that are that little bit more interesting than usual. Case in point?

This gorgeous, textured knit is really sweet – three-quarter-length sleeves and a slightly cropped length make it really perfect for A/W’s ladylike skirt shapes.

I especially loved A|Wear’s blazer / jacket selection – really beautiful shapes, quite classic, in a way, which is not what I was expecting from an otherwise quite trend-led brand.

I was also told, during my A|Wear visit, to expect new and interesting things from the brand over the next few months / years! I think they might be heading in a slightly different direction, so watch this space!
