So last night I went along to Arnotts’ top-floor bar for the launch of Burt’s Bees Tinted Lip Balm range. (We quaffed Prosecco and delicious nibbles cooked by Clodagh McKenna, who will be launching her restaurant in Arnotts in September.)

We were treated to an introduction to the brand and its ethos – namely, people, the environment, and profit, in that order, they say – and learned the interesting and not mildly impressive fact that Burt’s Bees create no landfill-destined waste whatsoever. Meaning? None of their waste goes into landfill – it’s all recycled either on- or off-site. No small feat for a company that big.

Anyway, the point? I got a goodie bag, and in it I got two of the new tinted lip balms (which are, says my early review, lovely and juicy with a mild splash of colour) and a little box of goodies from Burt’s Bees, that I am now going to gift to you lovely people. So, three of you will win a prize of my choice! Hurrah!

Enter your details below for a chance to win, but before you do, head on over to Facebook and tell me you love me, and then tell me: what reminds you of your teenage years? For me it’s Sugar magazine, tinted lip balm, and clear mascara.
