This week’s update from New Look – on what’s new in store – is full of light pastel goodies. I love a bit of New Look, I’ll admit it, for a fast fashion fix that won’t break the bank, although it can be very hit and miss. For example: I hate the shoes above, but I do love the jumpsuit (€39.99).

Also love this whimsical bird print. It looks so primp ‘n’ proper, but then has the playful tie and the lovely and unusual print (€29.99).

I love pendants. I have an entire wall of them, prompting a friend to walk in the other day and go, “d’you think you have enough gold chains there, Mr T?” The answer is no, I do not. This baby (€7.99) would be the perfect addition.

Now, these soft pastels remind me of the new Chloe fragrance advert, which quite makes me want to buy it, although I do prefer the new Balenciaga . . .
