A quick jaunt in Brown Thomas yesterday revealed that they are having an epic sale; in fact, everyone is having an epic sale. Is it just me or are summer sales starting earlier and earlier each year? Anyway, to the point – handbags. Most of the time, handbags don’t come into the sale, or if they do, they’re very trend-led bags that (a) won’t be renewed and (b) won’t really be that cool in a year.  However:

This gorgeous Mulberry handbag is on 50% off at the moment – coming in at roughly €330 (original price somewhere in or around €660). It’s not cheap, but it is a great investment, will go with so much, and if fashion trends have taught us one thing it’s that metallics are never going to be fully out of fashion.

* PS, have you seen Handbag Exchange? Buy or sell handbags you no longer want / use . . . and Irish, to boot!
