You may already have seen this touted around and about, because we’re all talking about the new collaboration between Dakota and Style Nation: The Beauty Spot. A themed night, it’ll be taking place every Thursday from 7pm to 1am in the South William St venue, with stylists, a nail bar, beauty treats and DJing from Conor Behan – who DJed Style at Set and may be my absolute favourite DJ ever (hello, trashy pop music, goodbye pretention…).

Anyway, there will be pop-up shops, style and beauty experts, music, drinks, and so on. The next theme is lashes (May 20th), and on May 27th the night will be (le sigh) Sex and the City themed. Being otherwise engaged this week, I’ll be popping down next week to see what’s going down . . . check it out if you’re in Dublin and at a loose end tomorrow.
