With this week’s player and captain tips out of the way it is time for us to have a look at all the news from this morning’s press conferences as we try and gleam some sort of understanding about how the teams will line up this weekend.

We start this weekend’s team news at Stamford Bridge where Rafa Benitez has told the waiting press that Chelsea will be without of Eden Hazard and  John Terry is also sidelined for Chelsea while opponents Everton will be without Leon Osman who is suffering from a knee injury. That looks to be bad news for Marouane Fellaini owners, with the Belgian likely to continue in a deep lying midfield role for the Stamford Bridge trip.

Liverpool have no new injury worries ahead of their final game of the season with QPR at Anfield, while Harry Redknapp has siad that Loic Remy will be available for their final game of the season despite his recent difficulties with the Police. Redknapp  also has hinted that Jose Bosingwa will not feature at Liverpool while Adel Tarrabt is also likely to miss out for “personal reasons”.

There has been no press conference at the Eithad today as caretaker boss Brian Kidd chose to remain quite ahead of their game with Norwich, while the Canaries will continue to be without Michael Turner.

Arsene Wenger has admitted that he is unsure whether or not to start Olivier Giroud who is back from suspension, he could choose put Lukas Podolski out wide or even to the bench. With Mikel Arteta a major doubt, Wenger a problem in the middle of the park with Jack Wilshere  still a doubt having only played a small part in the Gunners midweek win over Wigan.

Maurico Pochettino is hopeful Ricky Lambert  and Luke Shaw will be fit for Stoke game after both missed training this week. Tony Pulis is not without his own injury concerns as he awaits news on Glen Whelan ahead of their clash with the Saints.

Champions League hopefuls Tottenham have no new injury concerns after he confirmed that Benniot Assou-Ekotto is back after missing out with knee problem last week.

Finally Sir Alex Ferguson in his last press conference as Manchester United manager has confirmed that there will be changes to the United line up for his last game in charge against the Baggies with Anders Lindegaard replacing David De Gea the manager also confirmed that Phil Jones and Johnny Evans will partner up in the center of defence with Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic set to make way.
