After last weekend’s send off at Old Trafford for Sir Alex Ferguson Manchester United will want to give him a win in his 1500 game in charge of the league champions against West Brom this weekend.
United travel to the Hawthorns having already got their hands on the league title but despite the fact that they have been celebrating this week they will be keen to go out on a high with three points.
Phil Jones has had a rather disappointing season having struggled with injury but having started the last seven games on the bounce he has gone from strength to strength picking up two clean sheets during that time.
While there is little riding on this weekend’s game with United having sealed the title and the Baggies set to finish in the top half of the table many manager may feel this one will not bring too many fantasy points.
The fact of the matter is that this one is a good choice to back the clean sheet, with West Brom’s form dropping off having lost their last three games and failing to score in their last two United could claim clean sheet number 14 of the season.
Jones is another defender that offers differential potential and given the fact that he also possess an attacking threat from the back and could well also add attacking points this weekend.
