Bale’s Time To Shine As Spurs Search For Champions League Football

There is no arguing with the fact that for fantasy premier league managers Gareth Bale has been one of, if not the most valuable players in the league this season and with two weeks to go he is showing no signs of slowing down.

The prospect of having Bale playing twice in round 37 looks to good to turn down.

Tottenham get their round 37 fixtures off and running tonight when they take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge knowing that a win would put them in pole position over Arsenal for that fourth Champions League place.

For fantasy managers the proposition of having Gareth Bale playing twice in the same round is certainly far too tempting to turn down, with a game against Chelsea tonight before an away game against Stoke on Sunday he is sure to be in the thick of it.

Having picked up yet another match winning goal last time out against Southampton, Bale has now averaged over 9 points per game in his last four outings and with a double to come this week he is already looking like a decent captain shout.

Spurs travel to the Bridge in their first game and although Chelsea managed to keep United out at Old Trafford last Sunday this week’s game is a whole different ball game and has a lot more riding on it for both teams.

The second games see’s AVB’s side travel to Stoke and with the Potters still struggling to find that defensive form that saw them do so well in the early part of the season, Bale is sure to get chances to get his name on the score sheet once again.
