Round 34 of the Irish Times Fantasy Premier League comes to a close this evening as Manchester United take on Aston Villa at Old Trafford with the home side knowing that three points on the night will see them crowned champions.
With one game left to go round 34 has already been a good week in terms of defensive performances, with six clean sheets on the cards already there will have been plenty of fantasy managers very pleased with the six point haul obtained byt their keeper.
As usual on a Monday here in the Managers Office we turn our attention to the impending fixture week and scope out the potential of those keepers who we feel can produce the goods come the weekend.
Tim Howard (Everton) £3.7 million Fixture: Fulham (Home)
Unfortunately for Everton it would seem that their chances of securing one of the lucrative Champions League places are all but gone after they went down 1-0 to Sunderland at the Stadium of Light last Saturday.
Joe Hart (Manchester City) £4.6 million Fixture: West Ham (Home)
Last Sunday’s defeat at the hands of Tottenham will not be one that Manchester City and Joe Hart will want to remember for too long, having been 1-0 and cruising in the first half, Spurs came on strong in the second and eventually won out 3-1.
