We have spoken at length about the up hill battle that faces Queens Park Rangers if they are to stave off relegation for another season, but in terms of fantasy football management their current league position could actually work to our advantage.
We know that perhaps results will not go the way of Harry Redknapp’s side but the one thing we can be sure of is the fact that they will fight until the last game for the premier league status.
Looking ahead to round 34 the R’s have a game that Harry will have earmarked as winnable and they will want to pick up the three points and move on to their next game with Reading as soon as possible.
Loic Remy is going to have to be on form and firing if they are to pick up what look like a very attainable three points against Stoke this weekend and with many fantasy managers writing the R’s off he is a decent differential too.
With four goals in his last six games, two of which came at home Remy has proved that given the right opportunities he can convert in bring in some valuable fantasy points for managers brave enough to invest and with Stoke struggling with form of late this weekend could be an ideal opportunity to bring him in.
The Potters have only managed one win on the road this season and given that they haven’t managed a clean sheet away from home since round 18 against Tottenham QPR and Remy will fancy their chances of getting goals and points, as do we.
