Having been forced to sit out the last two games due to suspension Marouane Fellaini is set to make a return to the Everton starting line up this weekend when the Toffees welcome QPR to Goodison Park.
Felllaini picked his tenth yellow card of the season against Manchester City in round 30 meaning he was hit with an automatic two game ban but having missed out on the Toffee games with Stoke and Tottenham he is good to go this weekend.
As speculation mounts over the Belgians future on Merseyside fantasy managers will be eager to see if he can continue where he left off before he picked up the suspension.
The bushy haired midfielder was beginning to find his touch again prior to his suspension picking up a goal and two assist in his last two outings and with Queens Park Rangers set to travel to Merseyside many will be hoping he can pick up where he left off.
QPR make the trip to Everton knowing that anything less than three points is not good enough if they are to have any chance of getting out of trouble, but given that fact that they have not managed a clean sheet since round 25 the odds are stacked against them.
There is no doubting that the R’s will certainly have a go and are most probably likely to get a goal or two, but the same can be said for Everton as they go in search of European football and with Fellaini back he too will be keen to get back into the swing of things.
